旭川観光物産情報センターでは、18歳以上の方を対象に、ベアスプレーのレンタルを行っています。
令和7年度のオンライン予約受付期間は6月30日〜10月31日まで。
ご利用の7日前正午まで予約可能です。
レンタル料金（税込）
- 1日間：1,000円
- 2日間：2,000円
- 3日間：3,000円
- 4日間：4,000円
- 5日間：5,000円
※返却はいずれも最終利用日の午後5時まで
貸出・返却時間
ベアスプレーの貸出および返却対応時間は午前9時から午後5時までです。
当日返却の場合は、必ず当日17時までにご返却ください。
複数日レンタルの場合も、最終日の午後5時までにご返却ください。
保証金（現金のみ）
レンタル時に10,000円の保証金を現金でお預かりします。
使用・破損・紛失がなければ全額返金いたします。
本人確認書類
貸出時に、運転免許証・マイナンバーカード・パスポートなどの本人確認書類をご提示ください。
キャンセルについて
ご利用2日前の正午までに rsvask831@atca.jp にご連絡いただければ無料でキャンセル可能です。
それ以降は100%の料金が発生します。
Bear Spray Rental – Now Available for Online Reservations
Stay safe from bears when hiking or enjoying the outdoors.
The Asahikawa Tourism & Local Products Information Center offers bear spray rentals for those aged 18 and above.
Online reservations are available from June 30 to October 31, 2025.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance by 12:00 noon.
Rental Fees (tax included)
- 1 day: 1,000 yen
- 2 days: 2,000 yen
- 3 days: 3,000 yen
- 4 days: 4,000 yen
- 5 days: 5,000 yen
* All returns must be made by 5:00 PM on the final day.
Pickup & Return Hours
Pickup and return hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If returning on the same day, please return the spray by 5:00 PM.
For multi-day rentals, returns must be completed by 5:00 PM on the last day.
Security Deposit (cash only)
A 10,000 yen cash deposit is required at the time of rental.
The full deposit will be refunded upon return if the spray is unused and undamaged.
Identification Required
Please bring a valid ID such as a passport or other government-issued identification at pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available if you contact us by 12:00 noon, two days before use.
Please email rsvask831@atca.jp to cancel. Cancellations after that will be charged 100%.
熊噴霧器租借服務 – 可透過線上預約
登山或戶外活動時防範熊隻的安全措施。
旭川觀光物產情報中心提供熊噴霧器租借，限18歲以上人士使用。
2025年6月30日至10月31日可進行線上預約。
請於使用日前7日中午12點前完成預約。

取件與歸還時間
取件與歸還時間為 上午9點至下午5點。
如當日歸還，請務必於下午5點前歸還。
多日租借者亦請於最終日的下午5點前歸還。
保證金（僅限現金）
租借時需繳交10,000日圓現金保證金。
若無使用、毀損或遺失，歸還時將全額退還。
身份證明文件
取件時請出示有效證件，例如護照或其他政府簽發的身分證件。
取消政策
使用日兩天前中午12點前來信 rsvask831@atca.jp 可免費取消。
之後取消將收取100%的費用，敬請留意。
